BEGINNING

In each moment there is a beginning and an end, and then it’s gone. As it begins so it ends.

And, beyond that, conceive that there may be no beginning or ending. That things always are, always have been, and always will be.

If that fries your mind, all the better. Because you cannot understand that in your mind.
