You cannot find yourself on your own. It is only in your relationships with other people that you will discover who you really are. Particularly, in those relationships you find most challenging. All the stuff that comes up – that’s yours.

In fact, that is the very reason for these relationships. Well, how else are you going to let go of all of your stuff?

If, instead of being provoked and upset, you let these relationships be – that is a gift. You are freer than you would otherwise have been. Good, eh?

If the only relationships you want are of an intimate or sexual kind, you will cheat yourself out of what most of those relationships actually have to offer.

People will seek the company of other people to avoid their own company. But if you cannot happily spend time on your own, how are you supposed to do so with other people?

Do you really think they are happy to be around you, and your drama?

The only reason they tolerate you, is so that they can share their drama with someone.

Is this the best idea of a relationship that you can come up with?

The fact is that you cannot ‘vibe’ with everyone, because we are all operating at different vibrations. The key thing is to find as many people as possible who share the same kind of vibration as you do, while appreciating that there is nothing wrong with those who don’t.

Instead of getting upset by it, to change the nature of any relationship, all you have to do is to tune in to a different frequency.
