There is no failure in reality. You either do or you don’t do something. And it turns out a certain way. Or it doesn’t. The universe doesn’t give a stuff either way. It will carry on, regardless, not conceiving of whether or not you ‘failed’. Failure is only in your imagination. In fact, it is only of the imagination.


Failure, if you want to call it that, is a gift – if you are wise enough to accept it. Through failure, you become more humble. More humane. More human. Any time you soar towards the heavens on the wings of arrogance and conceit, failure is nature’s way of clipping those wings.

But rather than just letting you plummet, nature has supplied you with a parachute. But most people are too angry or humiliated when they fail, to even notice that.
