Funny how so many busy people, in all their busyness, seem to accomplish so very little that is of any real use.

Be honest: were many of those things that you simply “had to do” today, really necessary? Such that you couldn’t have got through the day without them? Or were they merely to pass the time?

The real madness is when you become really tense and stressed, worrying that you might not have the time to do something that, if you actually thought about it, really wasn’t that important.

It is your relationship with time that is the actual problem, though: on the one hand, you feel that you have to waste time; and then, at the same time, you feel that you haven’t got enough of it!

That is completely mental.
