Teamwork is only possible if the team works. It is only possible, if each individual is aligned with the team’s overall purpose.

If you have to force people to come together as a team, there is something lacking in your purpose, your vision.

In which case, no matter what team role you assign each individual, it will just be a group of disparate individuals who will veer in their own direction. If not in body, then in spirit. The greatest teams grow organically and willingly.

The degree of happiness and fulfilment you experience when you face a mission in life is determined, not so much by whether you succeed or fail, but by how much solidarity with others you enjoy. How much connection and intimacy you share.

There might be disagreements along the way, but there won’t be any disagreements about the way.
